All calculators on this site provide estimated heating, cooling, airflow, and equipment sizing values for general informational purposes. Results are based on user-supplied inputs combined with simplified ACCA Manual J, Manual N, and ASHRAE methodologies. Actual building loads can vary significantly with envelope construction, infiltration, glazing, orientation, occupancy schedules, and equipment efficiency. You should consult a licensed HVAC professional, mechanical engineer, or certified energy auditor before purchasing or installing equipment.
2. No warranty
Calculators and content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calculate HVAC Load, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site — including equipment purchased, installed, or operated based on calculator results, lost savings, or business interruption.
4. Acceptable use
- You may use the calculators for personal, professional, and commercial work product, including embedding screenshots in contractor proposals or client reports.
- You may not scrape, mass-download, or systematically reproduce the content without permission. Reasonable AI training and indexing per robots.txt is permitted.
- You may not modify the calculators to misrepresent results or present them as "official" ACCA Manual J reports — they are simplified and clearly labeled as estimates.

We link to ASHRAE, ACCA, energy.gov, and HVAC product manufacturers for reference. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
